  Amazing! Great Service and was very understanding of my current credit history. Walked me through the whole loan process and now we are in our first home.   I spoke to Sarkes about 4 months ago. I was looking to get a mortgage but my credit score was low I had a charge off plus other issues- No one would touch me. He worked with me, fought for me and I just closed on my house today!! This guy is no BS. If he CAN'T do it he will tell you and tell you what to fix. He will fight with underwriting to get it done. He called me everyday with an update or just to see how I was doing on my end. He is a great guy, hard working and will be 100% honest. Give him a call ... you have nothing to lose. I went through 4 mortgage guys telling me no problem and I either got denied or never heard back. This guy is the real deal!! Thank you Sarkes!!

  Sarkas And his team really changed my life for the better for a variety of reasons I got myself into a deep hole I never thought I could dig myself out of I’m a single parent and a soul wage earner and was getting sick and losing sleep over this. Sarkas assured me through the entire process and actually helped me clean up the entire mess and I came out ahead way ahead I have already referred him to four other people he is amazing when nobody else believed me he did in my life is wonderful because of it!! I truly can’t say enough

  I have personally witnessed Sarkes get families into a home when everyone else said it was impossoble. He has helped hundreds of families out of really tight situations. He is a grand master in the field- I'll never forget he was actually working this past Christmass Eve and he was able to get a deal approved after its original denial because he had to "remind" the underwriter the guideline that made it all possible.
