larry king1This bank closed my account without warning, notice, and justifiable cause. This bank is rated one of the most corrupt regional banks in the United States. The customer service representatives are unprofessional, incompetent, and unintelligent. This particular bank is a shady bank with sketchy buisiness practices. I would discourage anyone from doing business with this particular bank. I encouraged and got all of my family members to switch banks.

I like to close my account for this going to a bank that cares about there people... and yes Jennifer last comment under mine there are better in Chicago because they don't have unless people working there.... they care in Chicago but rockford they telling u off and hang up on you great customer service there... everyone need to close there accounts at this place until they fix there unless workers....

Zack Killam1Always hitting me with hidden fees and charges. Went in today and they downright refused to cash in change for me. Said they no longer take coins because there is nowhere to put it. Wrap your head around that one. Will never put money in this bank again, horrible service
