I’ve had an account with Northwest for the past 5 years and even got my mortgage through there. I went into this location last week and Brooke was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She was condescending and basically tried saying I was trying to cash a fraudulent check and decided to get the whole bank involved. I am closing my accounts and switching to a different bank.

Terrible customer service, don’t answer the phone, weekends no help whatsoever. I haven’t been able to access my account for days, don’t do it ! They’re terrible!!!

Don’t go to this bank is so bad always different staff in there the one lady with bonded hair lady is rude and she a manager or supervisor there. This bank takes money out of your account without telling you and and there is always one person or two people at the desk when there is a line. They also give you a hard time when you take money out
