  I wish I could give 0 star to this location . The window cashier was so rude. He didn’t have name tag and unprofessional.I’m traveling today and it was good my account once I got withdrawal the person did something and gave me wrong amount and made my account on hold . It’s sad to not able to have your money for traveling.

  Horrible customer service! Do not go to this location if you can help it. If you do have to do any business here do not see the middle teller, older woman with the glasses. Every time i come in here she has an attitude and gives me a hard time about cashing a petty cash check for my business. Today even the managers were giving me a hard time and basically told me not to come back to this location. My company has been with B of A for over 5 years and i have never been treated this badly. I think i will look in to switching banks.

  Extremely slow service. Waited for one clerk in a line of 20 people for an hour. Not okay

  Id give this branch a negative star if I could. The staff is incredibly rude and lazy EVERY TIME I GO THERE. Went to process a wire transfer, had a teller refuse to do it clearly because she was being "inconvenienced" with the work load. Sorry to make you do your job honey. If you don't want be a teller go start a fans only page. Ill wire transfer you.

  Extremely responsible and efficient staff. I visited today for getting a doc notarized, staff at teller directed me to a bank officer who completed my work as soon as possible. All staff was dealing with clients in a very friendly manner.

  Bad customer service. Sarah, the teller was sulky, impersonal and extremely irritated about something and was rubbing it off on the customers. That is really unprofessional. We understand you made a mistake early in the morning but why are you making the customers feel irritated. Sad. Just sad.

  The young gentleman not sure of his name was Scot was very professional with me and other clients waiting. Although i wasnt next, he greeted me and others and asked how he can help each one of us within minutes while i was waiting 2nd, 3rd, 4th for desk services. Then when i was next walked us to the desk pulled the chairs out for us like if we where dining at a 5 star restaurant. That is what i call service at its best! VIP SERVICE ALL THE WAY! He was very detailed and courteus. My twin in the way i treat all customers in my place of business. If i had 3 hands would give him 3 thumbs up. And wasnt anxious in rushing us during minutes away from closing time. Most of us hate last minute customers mind you its not like this was his personal business. So he represented BANK OF AMERICA like if it was his own business at Top notch/Elite service!
