  They are always very pleasant and professional in dealing with me. I’ve been banking with lakeshore for about 5 years now and they have always addressed my concerns and taken care of my banking needs. Also the app is very user friendly.

  I when to the bank got money and try again ,but over the limit,so when inside and got cash adv,but the ATM charge me for money I didn't and there is no ATM charge for that transaction. When any bank let u get money ( if it's your bank and they still charge u some kind of way) my New year is screw and Bill's get cut off because the bank careless job... to lazy to do there job and check the cameras @ the ATM machine.. I done with banks and New York State GREED!!!!!!! HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!!!!!!!

  Took quite a while for the teller to answer when I hit the call teller button from the drive through. I think especially on a Friday at 3:30pm right around the time people start getting out of work and want to cash their paycheck it took a very long time.

  Management is rude and clueless at this location. The security is also subpar as the building has only one exit and entrance and the entire building is now glass, very easy for someone to see through the entire building.
