  I had a great experience refinancing my condo with Mike Lane. When I first started thinking of refinancing I was hesitant to go through the process since I live out of state, but Mike made the process easy and convenient for me. He helped to answer my questions, was very responsive and kept me in the loop if anything changed. In the end Mike was able to get me a great rate for my condo with minimal effort on my part. I am thankful I went through the process and I owe it to Mike Lane.

  I had a very poor experience. My wife and I were looking to get financing for a construction loan and we contacted Northeast. We assumed we'd receive what you might expect from any place of business- courtesy, professionalism, and feeling valued as a customer. Instead we had to pull teeth to get answers and wait days, sometimes a whole business week, to hear back, and only because we would politely follow up, and some of our simple questions wouldn't even be addressed or answered. After trying to call our loan broker multiple times, we recieved no call backs. We were told that he doesn't do phone calls and only corresponds through email, but as I just noted, his email correspondence was every poor. We were treated like we were a nuisance. We understand it is a very busy market, but so much can be accomplished in a short phone call. After two months at a snail's pace, not getting the answers we needed, and treated poorly, we decided to try a local bank. In 4 days we accomplished what Northeast did for us in two months, and with exceptional service, responsiveness, and professionalism. We feel valued and that our questions are worth answering, rather than the feeling that our questions were not even worth our broker's time as with Northeast. Kevin Mace was horrible to work with. He showed that he didn't care about us as customers and set our building schedule way behind. We haven't received as much as a quick inquiry from him since we stopped communicating with him and went with the local bank (which we didn't tell him), proving that he absolutely didn't care about or value our business. I will not recommend anyone to call this company.

  We used Northeast Financial to refinance our home. We worked with Chris and had an awesome experience. Chris explained the steps along the way and was available to answer our questions. He communicated our loan options and our loan closed exactly as presented with no surprises. We found Chris to be upfront and transparent throughout the process explaining everything we needed to do to get to the closing table on time.

  I had an amazing time working with Beth Goulet. Beth, was there for my family throughout the entire process. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer. Her response time is amazing. She is professional and welcoming. She is the go to person at Northeast Financial. Hands down, Beth made the home purchasing process seamless.

  Working with Radmila was a wonderful experience! She truly cares about each of her customers from start to finish, and often was answering questions for us at odd hours and always made us feel they were important! When refinancing or starting a mortgage process, it’s so important to have someone on your team who is experienced and able to stay organized with the other many players throughout. Everything went so smoothly and we’re so happy that we were able to lock in such a good rate! Thank you again Radmila for everything!

  I closed on a refinance with Mike Lane last week. Mike was exceptionally helpful, professional and transparent. When my local bank didn't show much interest in working with me to build an investment portfolio, Northeast and Mike stepped up and got me approved at a great rate with very little hassle. I look forward to working with Mike on my next deal.

  In February 2021 I received a letter from the town lawyer stating that I owed a healthy amount of back taxes. I was awarded the house in a divorce agreement and was unaware that the taxes weren't paid. Being a disabled veteran and living on a fixed income from the government, I proceeded calling every veteran association there was. I found out that they only do new mortgages or refinancing. I was told if no payment in full was made by October 2021 the house is to be sold at Tax Auction to pay the town. It was early August being devastated, I was told to call Drew Raney at Northeast Financial, being my last hope I called, explained everything and Drew and his team went to work. I have never had a group of people who were so compassionate and worked so hard to get me a loan. I was contacted almost every day with updates and always kept in the loop. On September 24th I closed on the loan the town was paid off and my home is a home again. All thanks to Drew Raney and his team from Northeast Financial. So before you feel all is lost and your In a financial bind, first call Northeast Financial and Drew Raney to see if they can help....   We were looking for a “niche” product (VA IRRRL). Not all companies offer this. I performed the dreaded Google search and crossed my fingers since I couldn’t get a good referral. I came across Northeast Mortgage and got in touch with Chris. From day 1 to the closing, this was probably the best mortgage process we’d been through (we’ve had at least 5 real estate closings prior). From the start, Chris was more educational in nature rather than pushing a product. He was extremely transparent, professional, patient, courteous, and very accessible whenever I needed him. Chris would respond to my inquiries early AM and in the evenings without hesitation. We would hands-down refer Chris and his company to anyone.   Had trouble securing a loan in April 2020 and met Chris Nielson browsing around online. He and his team always explained details thoroughly, walked me through the process step by step as well as securing me the best deal possible at the time. Closed on the property on July 2020. The team was awesome and treated me like family!! March 1st 2021 I closed on my refinance with ease thanks to Chris’s help.
