  The banking manager Jessica is really willing to work with you and work through any questions and problems you may have. She was able to help me sort through the issues I had. I am extremely grateful she was willing to work with me. I would suggest calling the branch and asking how they can work with you because they're very willing to help.

  Very disappointed. I’ve been banking with them for 5 years now and I loved them at first. Although I had fraud that happened to my account due to an online store and I got my money back at first but after an investigation I got the money taken away once again. Very upset I lost a couple hundred dollars in something I never signed up for and when I closed the account with the online store they still charged me monthly and northeast credit I union won’t do anything about it.

  The people at the Dover branch are great! Rick on the teller line is always professional, pleasant to deal with and efficient. Thank you. It's nice to know great customer service still exists!

  I have been a Member at NECU since 1989 and I just closed on a auto loan with Paula and the new Branch manager Courtney at the Dover office. Awesome people and so kind both have 30 plus years working at NECU and they know their business but most of all their professionalism and respect for the customers! 5 stars all day every day

  I have worked with Cortney in both setting up my accounts and for on line banking and she was very helpful in regards to the products offered at NECU and walking me through the steps.

  Raymonde is one of the most amazing individuals in the Dover branch. I had several banking issues that needed to be resolved with NECU. Raymonde was attentive, considerate, and above all, have validity and insight to my issues. I cannot thank her enough!

  I purchased tickets for an air lines and the fraud dept called me about the flights and hotel. They thought it was fraud. I called the bank and cleared the payments through the bank. Next thing I know the flights and hotel were cancelled because of non payment, and the money was back in my account. Now I have to find tickets for the airlines again
