      I had dropped this bank from all my accounts, Had your credit card - Pd it totally off and at same time told them to close card out i do not want it - yet here we are yrs later it shows up on report that it is open? And I closed everything due to too many mistakes on their part and way too many fees which mistakes there too which they had to re - compensate me back. How to make em go away?

      Went to the bank to get something notarized. Was told that they were busy for the next couple minutes then going on lunch break. I asked when I should come back they said another day. This was 3 hours before closing time. Not exactly the most helpful service.

      I have been banking with TD for over 10 years and I think they're a wonderful bank. This location is closest to my current home so I go here often and the staff is wonderful. They are always friendly and able to answer any questions that I might have.

      Friendly staff but horrible service offering overall. Their deceptive practice of trying to maximizing on overdraft. Limited products and rates that are far from attractive. International wire transfer is a complete joke with their rates + fees are ridiculously high.

      Service is HORRIBLE ! 15 to 20 minute waits at drive thru !!! With no line ! Then they don't even have the common courtesy to apologize for the 15 min wait ! Mind you through the window there is 3 or 4 of them milling around yacking it up doing NOTHING ! Horrible service and RUDE ! They should all be fired !
