  I don't understand the comment that employees were rude. I think the employees are far from rude. They have always treated me with respect, and kindness. My only negative would be the hours. I wish they were open later during the week, and on Saturdays. Thus, the four stars vs. five.

  I continue to bank with North Star Bank because of their excellent customer service. The bankers always go above and beyond with any questions or concerns I might have. The community bank feel is so much more personal than banking with a "big bank"!

  Needed to replace my debit card and I got hung up on when Andrea thought the conversation was over. Had to call back to get the questions associated with replacing my debit card replaced.
