  Josh and the North Pacific Mortgage team were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our home. Josh was very knowledgeable and always had answers to our many questions. He really took the time to make sure that we were well informed and understood the process. Buying a house is a stressful experience and but he made everything in the loan funding side as smooth as possible. We highly recommend Josh and NPM and will absolutely be working with them in the future!

  Josh went above and beyond his duties when using him as our loan officer. We had never used him before, but was recommended him by our agent. He drove 2 hours in the pouring rain to go under our home to do a minor fix so we could close on closing day. What other loan officer would do that? It wasn’t our first time buying, but was the first time selling and then buying and there where some hoops we had to jump through. Josh made is simple. Josh’s care for us with no prior history knowing him, showed us he truly cared. 20/10 would highly recommend him. He also broke each step of the process down for us.
