  This was my first time buying a property and Bernadette and Robert helped make it a smooth process. At first I was hesitant about buying a property because I didnt know anything about buying a home but Bernadette really took the time to educate me on the process and made me feel comfortable about making my decision. I would highly recommend North capital funding Corp. because they are reliable and they really make you feel like family. Thank you Bernadette and Robert for all you have done for me .   This was my first home, and I will admit I was nervous. Bernadette and Robert put me at ease. They were professional, informative, and helped me get the best rate possible. They followed up with me daily, and I will admit the deal was difficult with uncooperative tenants and seller which dragged the closing for months. Bernadette and Robert stayed on top of it, and ensured I got the best rate throughout. I would highly recommend them in a heartbeat. They go above and beyond. I am planning on buying more properties and Bernadette and Robert will be the one I will call. Great Job guys.

  North Capital Funding is the best! Bernadette and Robert really came through for us. There was not one time they did not answer the phone for us. Even on the weekends and after hours. They were patient and answered all our questions and didn’t treat us as just another client. I would recommend North Capital Funding to everyone. They will get you the lowest interest rate and into the best loan possible.

  If you need help buying a house. I will recommend North Capital Funding Corp. Bernardita Lindsay was a very helpful person she explain to me any concern that I have. Also her Office response you email Very fast. You can call her anytime and she will pick the phone right away. One again I will recommend this office because they very responsible with you process and organize.

  North Capital Funding Corp has been everything I needed to acquire a refinance on on a house with a very high mortgage interest rate. North Capital made it a smooth process to get out of a terrible mortgage, and they are very professional, concerned, experienced, and courteous. I hit a home run, made a touchdown, and scored a game winning basket when I permitted them to handle my problem.   I was trying to get my home refinanced since the beginning of this year 2021. I tried multiple sources and none of them were able to land me an approval.
