TD Bank Reviews

Chaos Brigade4For the most part, everyone is really nice and friendly and you can tell they are doing they best they can with whatever they got. This would be a least a five star review, but my interaction with a help desk person name James De Jesus was just ride and unprofessional to say the least. I'm sure everyone got their troubles, and doing with people all day is not easy (I worked costumer service for over 10 years) but Mr. De Jesus was carrying those troubles on his sleeves, face, and body language. That, I can deal with (given me background) but when he LIED to my face about transactions protocols and procedures while at the same time either pretending not knowing something or "we don't do that," goes beyond unprofessional. I will be returning to the branch after I go to another branch and get done what I know TD Bank already had promises me and see what other excuses he has for me.

Jay1Only been to this bank a few times . The first thing I noticed at 8:45 am is how disgusting the glass doors are upon walking in. Usually in the morning everything is sparkling clean at a respectable establishment. Inside the same is true, dirty disgusting glass everywhere. TD may want to consider non glass doors and walls or office partitions. Clearly no one is cleaning or disinfecting for covid here, they dont even follow normal cleaning practices. The tellers and customer service guy Adam seem nice. The branch manager Jaymes DeJesus is unprofessional and obnoxious. He has an attitude of to good to be bothered. He would rather act like a big shot and not help you than offer a solution. He clearly should not be the person in charge. Instead of walking in with his coffee and water as I observed, he should walk in with glass cleaner and paper towels to clean that disgusting branch regardless of who's job it is .

Bassel lababneh1They have very bad customer service. It took us like an hour just to speak to the bank agent. They have 6 desks and only one person is working.

Thomas Gilroy1People are friendly and helpful however they are unable to perform any function beyond their computer's programming. This is a case of people working for their computer not the computer being a tool for their use. 3 visitor's to get a negative response to set my atm limit . Then making sure that they understood that I live overseas part of the year was told not an issue however on the day of arrival in Ireland my card was locked out after 3 minor uses. When I contacted customer service at my expense of 3 overseas calls was told I had to contact the branch which had made promises that they did not keep. I have wasted time which is important to all and unnecessary. Now after only approximately 4-5 weeks from joining them I will have to take my account to another bank using more valuable resources. Shame on your bank and it's inability to serve your customers because they are new . Good luck

jim purcell1Hate to say but this location is terrible as far as ATM machines, drive thru never works, and the card scanner that allows access to to the indoor ATM doesn't allow entry, been a patron since the Hudson United Bank days, having to pay other bank finance fees of 3.95 across the street at PNC Bank, time to close accounts.

Charles4I've been to about 6 or 7 different TD Banks. Drive thru Window Staff were friendly, and courteous. Service was as quick and accurate as expected. I haven't had to go inside yet.

M. Colin1This branch is no help. This ppl give a bad reputation to the company. Fees fees fees and more fees. But yet they put a hold on check. Checks. Putting hold on checks mean more fee to be pay to the bank. GO ELSEWHERE OR GET A Different bank. No TD. ALL THEY KNOW IS TO CHARGE FOR FEES

Al A3This new building is pretty. Drive thru is OK. that's about it. I've been a TD Bank customer for 10 years now, and for some reason this particular branch just rubs me the wrong way. The tellers have always been nice to me, and they are not what concerns me... Sometimes the lines are very long and you can see that the tellers are trying their best... Then you see this guy in a suit in one of the glass cages/office doing NOTHING, gets up, walks behind the counter, talks to a teller then look at the customers and tells us that the tellers will get to us as soon as they can, then walks back to his glass cubicle to stare into space. What was that all about? Another time, I needed some card service and was told by the tellers to go sit down and a glass cubicle person will be right there to help me. The glass cubicle person walked past me 10 minutes later, then went back to his glass cage. He was on his cell phone for the next 10 minutes talking about football, etc (a bit loudly). Had to glare at him for another 5 minutes before he came by to ask me if I was being helped... Really? We were done in less than a minute.... Made me wait for 25 minutes for a 1 minute thing... Totowa branch is much better.
