  John and his team were way more on point about getting my refinance done than even I was. I delayed multiple times in sending over requested documents and completing online authorizations. They were persistent with reminders and never made me feel aware of the frustration I'm sure that I caused them with my delays. John was always responsive to our calls, super informative and took the time to answer our questions in layman's terms. I highly recommend John and the Roundpoint team for your mortgage needs.

  One of the best loan company. Loan officer Safwan and his team went above and beyond to make our 1st time home buying process easier. He was prompt to answer my message, call or even e-mail. If anyone looking to buy a house, you should go to him.

  Overall the team delivered the mortgage at a higher rate from lock, however there were numerous delays involved. Delays resulted from the process of document submission I had to resend numerous documents multiple times to several people handling my file resulted idelays which led to not meeting my rate lock and I ended up with a higher rate.

  Gary is so amazing he helped us get the right loan at a great rate he was available to us 24 hours seven days a week we are very satisfied with him and the work he did for us through freedom mortgage I would definitely recommend him to anyone . A mortgage loan officer like Gary is what everyone should have. we had a beautiful experience with him and we were able to close on our new home just in time for Christmas he works so hard for us and we appreciate him so much. Gary is very organized very professional very understanding and extremely easy to talk to him he made us feel comfortable and we knew we were in amazing hands and we knew we did the right choice with working with him we now consider him family.
