  Been banking at nasb since 1998 . used to be a good bank but in the past 3 years bank has been adding more charges with no more benefits . they will tell you.. you can get discounts but nothing worth what we're paying extra for and nothing around where I live or work . also I cannot access bank at all because of new lobby hours and bank hour as I work til 5 every weekday and Saturday ..

  Absolutely terrible bank! Breanna and Jamie at the Grandview location are particularly the worst. They steal money from deceased account holders, deny it, then hang up on you or refuse to respond to your emails when you try to get down to the bottom of things. When I tried to explain the situation, Breanna implied to her superiors that I obviously didn’t seem to be hurting for money so no one at that branch would help me dispute the unlawful money handling.

Our policies and procedures are designed to protect our customer’s assets and personal information. Specific documentation will always be required to access a deceased family member’s account. While named account beneficiaries are entitled to account funds less any fees, they are not account holders and therefore have limited access.   This bank is very close to our store on North Oak. I recently found out that my current bank closes at 4PM. I went looking for another bank to use and drove into the drive through at this bank. They were open the hours I need and I decided to ask for change and if they were everything I wanted I planned to change my accounts. They actually denied me change. They said I needed an account first. Because this was during my stores business hours I returned to my store and called the location to ask about opening an account and transfering my cc deposits there. I was told that is would take 30-45 minutes to sign up for an account and that all they could do over the phone was provide information. I just feel as though I tried to give this bank my business twice in one day and they refused it both times. I want to thank the employees for any help they provided.

  I've been banking here for almost 20 years now and not once have I had a bad experience. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and more than helpful. Highly advise considering using NASB, especially this location!

  Lobby being closed. The worker said didn't know if the lobby be open any time to the end of year! Really sad you only can do drive up window!

  It is very clean inside and the restrooms are clean as well! You don't see that much anymore.

  the published a mortgage rate, confirmed the rate for me on the phone and then would not honor. Be careful.
