  Never have I ever been disrespected when looking for a car. I had the intention on test driving two SUV’s and getting a lease quote. Brandon who I keep hearing about so highly on the other reviews is the one who was helping me. When he asked about running my credit and I said no, he informed me that he has a boss to answer to and would have to ask them if he could further assist me. That made me even more upset. So he finally came back after a few minutes and said he couldn’t help me further, without running my credit first etc. I understand they may have policies to go by but if they want potential buyers they need to amend this so called policy because other delearships do it with no problem! This wasn’t my first go around, I’ve never leased before but I have helped someone else in their search for a lease and never have encountered this at any dealership. Buyer beware... I don’t want to bring race into it but I wonder if I would have been another color would they have treated me the same way?

  Had a very good transaction with The Glassman group. Called and Talked to Micheal Glassman.. Bradley Alexiou helped get the deal to financing. Financing got the phone work going, Explained all features, cash incentives and got a great car to use! Goodbye Nissan! I’m a former 9 car Saturn buyer! Run Tahday from the Kia dealers on the mountain. Go with the “Glassman!”

  Ask for Mike Anderson great salesman. In and out 2hrs with a brand new car. Didn't run my credit all over the world.

  My experience there yesterday was not good. I walked in to take a look at the new Telluride. My lease isn't up for many months but wanted to get a jump start on my search. Randall greeted me professionally, however, that is where my good experience ended. After asking me what I was interested in seeing, he asked me what kind of car I currently drive. My current car is less expensive than the Telluride and when I told him what I am driving, he immediately made me feel like I couldn't afford the Telluride. I only spent another 5 minutes with him (including time looking at the Telluride) and during that time he continued to mention how expensive the car was, how they mark them over sticker by $3,000 - $4,000, how unavailable they are, and how only doctors and executives could afford it. As I was so turned off by his attitude I did not bother telling him that I am a doctor. I am still very interested in the Telluride but would never consider giving Randall or anyone associated with Glassman Kia my business.

  Michael Anderson was super helpful, gave good price advice and really sold me on the Kia Soul as a good cost effective vehicle. Spelled things out very clearly, was transparent, and worked with us to get the deal we wanted.

  I was a little irritated because of the scheduling of the oil changes because I felt my first oil change should have done until I got 7000 miles as I was told by the salesman that sold me the car. My daughter bought the same vehicle and when she took her car in after 3000 miles the told her she did not need the oil change and to come back when she gets to 7000 miles and she had more miles then I did. When I took my car in at 3000 they changed my oil and took my money. The young lady that helped me showed me in the Manuel where it says I should get the oil changed at 3000 miles. I still did not agree how the same make and model and year the offers and rules should be the same across the board and not differ between dealerships. I was informed that there was a recall on my vehicle for antenna but she told me the correct information as to it not being a recall but a service issue that was observed so the replaced the antenna and I appreciate them explaining what needed to be done and getting a ride home and picked up the next day to retrieve my vehicle. It was overall a good experience.

  I had called to find out how much I owed on my lease to buy out my car. I got to the dealership to purchase it and they tacked on and extra $2,000 for "dealership fees" I told them I wasn't paying them and they magically were able to waive them on the spot. Basically if I didn't know what I owed they would have ripped me off big time! (I'm a female, don't know if that had something to do with it) Then they made me wait over an hour to see their Finance Manager who was a grumpy "macho" guy who was a complete ass to me. You have to be careful at all dealerships but this was flat out BS. Do your research on pricing before you go here and question EVERYTHING.

  I have never had a problem with the salesmen here. Really helpful and I have bought my last two cars at this lot. I have to travel a ways to get here, but I have been treated better here than at the Kia dealers way closer to me. Jimmy Hadad and Jeremiah Diaz are great.

  I entered the Kia dealership for the first time on May 29th and within 10 seconds I was greeted with a smile and an offer to help me find the right person. I met Michael Anderson and he greeted me with a smile and asked me "how can I help you"? He met with me for about a half an hour and never did I feel the need to leave nor cut the meeting short. Mr. Anderson was Polite, knowledgeable, and always smiled during our first meeting. Also, I was able to meet Todd and he was very friendly and polite. Lastly, I was given a ride home all the way to Walled Lake and I was happy and very satisfied with Cameron...friendly, safe driver, mature, and easy to talk to about me...haha.
