  This was my second time working with Igor and his team; and I received nothing but the best. Igor and his team were informative throughout the process. Although there were some roadblocks due certain issues with my home, they were patient and helpful from beginning to end. I highly recommend recommend Great North Mortgage to all who are looking for good professionals to help in mortgage business. The best of the best!!

  I cannot say enough good things about working with Igor Noble, and Irina Noble. They were with us every step of the way, courteous and professional and even went out of their way to help push the deal through. The house purchase was not only complicated but it was drawn out and just turbulent, but Igor and Irina stuck by us patiently. They answered the countless questions we had, dealt with us even when we were in between deals. They solutioned a way for us to get the house even when we thought it wasn’t possible. I had dealt with other companies before and none of them provided the service that Great Northern Mortgage did. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/finance a house.
