  Chris Moore is the best loan officer I have ever worked with in my life. I financed my original loan and refinanced with a big name bank. There was no focus on me as an individual and a plethora of hoops to jump through. It seemed that they operated very last minute and processes that should take a few days took weeks to a month. They even botched my refinance closing because they sent documents without deadlines for signatures. There was no communication between different members of the team and no one was ever on the same page. Chris Moore is the complete antithesis to this. I contacted him mid-January. Spoke with him over the phone and he was well versed and genuine in everything he told me. He ran numbers, looked at comps, and gave me an estimate same day of what he thought my interest rate would be. He discussed rate options and the cost of paying down for better rates to see what would be the best decision for my family. His company requested a lot of documents up front, but there wasn't really any last minute bantering to sign statements on where I had a deposit in my checking account from 3.2 months ago. His uploading process was easy to use and hassle free. One quality I particularly enjoyed was his responsiveness to email and even over text for items that required timely attention. I could tell he was persistent because he would review items I sent next day after upload and let me know if there was anything missing or that needed to be addressed. The process started during the middle of January and ended just before Valentine's Day. When I signed my closing disclosures the notary said, "This is the lowest rate I have ever seen on a home loan in my life." If you have not refinanced, contact Chris ASAP for a life changing experience for your family.

  I have worked with Jesse, Ryan, Chris, and several others on this team. I have done more deals with them than any other hard money lender because they are straight to the point and make the rehab process seamless. They also give me a good rate. I will recommend them to anyone, and have never had any issues getting in and out of hard money loans with them. Lastly, they were still lending during the pandemic when many other lenders folded. I would say they are a very reliable hard money lender and they are pretty good with regular financing as well.

  I can’t say enough good things about Noble Mortgage and Jesse who was my loan coordinator. They were friendly and entire time they were very responsive which was my favorite thing about them. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire complex loan process. Definitely recommend Noble to anyone looking to get a loan.

  Ryan and I met months before my first loan and walked me through the process and what to expect at a high level. I was able to upload all documents to their system and was pre-approved. This took away a lot of stress and saved a lot of time. Communication was done through email, text and/or phone and Ryan’s response was always quick (even on weekends). We reviewed each possible deal and crunched numbers each time so that I could evaluate them. My first deal closed in about 12 days and was the easiest purchase of anything I have ever bought. My rehab was done quick and I was surprised that he had already started the re-fi of my hard money loan. Great customer service and a smooth process that I am looking forward to repeating!

  Johnny and Travis were great to work with especially for a newbie like myself. They helped figure out the best financing plan for my situation and walked me thru each step. They even helped solve an issue with my deed in order to keep the deal moving forward. I would recommend them for anyone, no matter what level investor you are and hope to work with them on another deal soon!

  Ryan Hobbs is the best!!! He was able to help me with a Homestyle rehab loan for my new primary. I spoke with 3 other lenders prior to calling Ryan and none of them were able to get it done. He was patient and explained things when needed. He was available nights and weekends which worked well for me as I work during the day. He will get all of my business in the future!!!
