  *update* Tim has still never once even tried to reach out to make things right. Was very unhappy with the way I was treated when I had a policy through Noah in Amery. Tim was very nice when I first signed up, then treated me with zero respect the entire time I had my policy. He was extremely rude to me towards the end. Now he is mistreating another family member of mine. I highly recommend people go elsewhere, plenty of places to get better prices and better customer service. Don't be fooled by when you first sign up, they seem nice. Maybe they are, but Tim was by far the worst agent I've ever had. I would give an even lower rating if I could.

  I assist with HR for a small nonprofit in the St. Croix valley area. With the guidance and support of Mike and Jacki from Noah Insurance group, we recently added group health coverage as a part of our benefits package for employees. What could have been an overwhelming experience was made easy by Mike and Jacki. They were accessible and quick to respond when we had questions and were patient with us as we worked through the complexities adding to our employee benefits. Health insurance in general is pretty complicated but our new friends at the Noah Insurance Group made it easy to understand and ensure that we had a thorough understanding before moving to the next stage. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

  Noah Insurance Group has been my insurance "go to" for many, many years. They've always been informative, and helpful with any questions I have. I mostly work with Bart and Jackie, but anytime I have the occasional question that needs answering and I talk to someone else, I get great service.

  Not happy that I was misquoted a price on my Medica Insurance. Of course it was too late to change plans as it was after Jan 1 when I got a bill from Medica with a different amount.
