  Citizens State Bank in Clayton is the best! When my grandkids come for a visit, one place they want to go is to the bank to deposit some money into their savings accounts, get some popcorn, and to see Miss Heidi’s smiling face. I appreciate a hometown bank that knows your name when you walk in the door!

  Amazing bank; great employees who add a personal touch to their hard work ethic. There's always a positive atmosphere and the girls go above and beyond for all of my banking needs (even outside of work hours, which really says a lot).

  I had a great experience setting up new accounts at Citizens. Tony was very friendly and helpful when going through the paperwork. I definitely would recommend the Clayton, Wi office to others.

  When I stopped into the Clayton Office to open a checking account, I couldn't believe how fast it was to get it set up! The staff in there were very nice and friendly! Happy to be moving my banking need to Citizens State Bank in Clayton!

  We have delt with many different banks, and I find this one one of the best. They know you by name, not your account number. You feel that you are there one of their best customer. So I recommend this bank to anyone not happy with the bank their with now.

  This is the worst bank ever!!! Charges fees on top of fees. Ridiculous! Changes policies without notifying customers, Tellers are very nice and polite, but the bank itself is awful! I'm taking my business elsewhere! Huntington Bank in Clear Lake, great people and service!!!! After receiving a phone call claiming that they called me yesterday, but I got no message and no number came up on my phone that matched today's phone number, I doubt they called. Now, I got told they changed their checking accounts back in November and that they sent out letters and talked to customers when they came in, well I never received any letter as far as I can remember, and I not once got talked to about this when I came in to the bank. The woman I spoke to said she would give me my $10 back but the fee for the checking account was non-refundable. I asked for my $10 and will be closing the account asap! No longer convienent for me to keep my money in their bank!

In addition, we are known to have one of the lowest fee structures in the industry.
