      Customer service here is extremely disappointing and irresponsible. They did not complete our taxes on time and weren't even going to communicate about it. Apparently having the annual party (on Tax Day!) is more important.

      One day they say they will and take me on for as a client not even 2 days later after calling to confirm they say they cant take me or anyone one on there books are already so full. Then wouldnt even give a referance of any cpas to try.
