Mike M1Sold me a vehicle that needed replacement of: tires-all we're dry rotted and low tread, brakes AND rotors were shot, caliper was seized , and still has a wining noise, may be transmission. Absolutely refused to do anything about it, called me a lier and promised they would replace those parts- then said no, we don't have to! And said they don't. Care about my safety or the safety of my children who drive in this vehicle. Don't return calls, they're only, well HIS only concern (GM- Mehran) is they got paid!!! Way to go.. great business practices. I spent over $1000 additional for a vehicle they had 36k miles on it, as a reputable dealer selling a good used vehicle, ANY and EVERY other dealer would have taken care of this first....

Indranil Debnath1The sales rep was good, but I felt hostile. After paying everything in the finance room I came to know I need to pay additional around USD 1400 extra for some DMV tax etc that was never communicated to me before my 3000 out of pocket should cover everything. This is my third consecutive lease from Nissan Finance and I never had this kind of experience. The finance guy tried to push me to pay the amount and keep changing my monthly instalment. But when I decided to break the deal he was able to adjust that amount but still, I need to pay additional around 300 for some DMV work etc and my monthly payment still went up by around 1 dollar what I promised before. I guess this entire thing was a setup and they try to get this additional cost recovered from you. Very disappointing.

Michelle Audain4My daughter took her Nissan Altima to have an issue taken care of. After running the diagnostic on the car several issues were found. My daughter asked, which problems I should address now? When all was said and done all the other issues were taken care of except the main reason why my daughter took her car in for. The the wrong size rim was delivered. After a long ordeal to get a loaner car, Antonio was able to arrange for a curiosity car. My daughter is loyal to Nissan not, I am not.

Ashley Jones5I recently purchased a vehicle this dealership and I must say this was my most enjoyable car-buying experience yet. I have leased 3 other vehicles in the past at other dealerships and I was actually dreading having to go through the process of getting a new car when my lease was up. However, my sales person, Chris Castanon made the entire process seem simple and easy. I did not feel like he was pressuring me for a sale and he was very tentative to my needs. Chris definitely went the extra mile to ensure i was satisfied before and after the sale. I also dealt with the general manager Huey, who helped speed up the process and made sure I was being taken care of at all times. Sandra Gardenhire1Found the service report to be inaccurate and the result was wasted time and money for me. I am embarrassed by the amount I had to pay for all4 breaks plus break fluid. I felt I had no choice as this was my second time at this dealership in 2 week period trying to get my car fixed. I still have clicking noise when I use my brake....but, I will not return. I guess that was the point when I was treated as if I was a dispensable customer

Joseph Vallillo1I never provided them with any of my information and am unsure how they received my information. I have asked them nicely to stop calling me regarding a new car several times, and still continue to receive 4 calls and voice mail from the same 2 sales persons each day while I am work. Each time I ask them not to call the sales person is extremely rude. I wouldn't buy a car from them even if I was in the market for a Nissan!

Aashis Binod Khanal1They are real lier. I was there on december 2015.. i showed them true car value of the car. They told me they will add $1000 loyalty fee on top of true car.. delivery fee and other fee.. 2 weeks later, after I purchased nissan murano with them, customer service lady told me they cannot add loyalty and any other type of fee on top of true car value. I later sent may be 20 emails to the General Manager, Huey, explaining my situation, he never replied me. Never ever going back to this dealership.
