      I contacted Ray Catena looking for a very hot selling MB GLC Coupe in my price range. My initial encounter was via the phone with Mr. Burton Henson. He told me he would look for what I wanted and get back with me. That same day, later in the afternoon, I received a call from him along with pictures of my dream vehicle. I drove from South Jersey (2hrs away) and finalized the deal with John Weber. It was a very Smooth transition with professional service and I would recommend both Burton and John to anyone who deserves this type of Exceptional Experience which is expected with MB purchases.       I visited this place on 09/14 to have my car battery replaced. Service Advisor Danny said he will get it done on the same day I went back home after dropping off. I received a call around 2:45 pm requesting for authorization on work but I never received a call that they finished work on my car. I went back to the service center around 4:10 pm they were closed by then. I had to wait until Monday to pick my car, no one called even on Monday that the car is ready to be picked up. I went back Monday evening to pick my car, I was totally frustrated and I asked Danny why didn't you call me on Saturday when the work is done, he said he called me around 3:45pm but I didn't pick up. I told him I never received call but he adamantly said he called, I asked him why didn't you leave voicemail atleast if I didn't pick up he said he doesn't leave voicemail. Guy was very rude and he spoke very adamantly the least I expected from him was an apology. I will never go back to this place again to have any service done.

      Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who asked if I wanted anything to drink. I was able to look at cars without a salesperson hovering trying to sell me something. When I was ready to speak to a salesperson, I met Brett Gardner. He was knowledgeable, easy to deal with and made my car buying experience effortless. He also helped me get the best price for the car. Brett is a good guy and a nice guy and at no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of. I felt like I was buying a car from my son. When I went back to pick up the car Christopher Bradfield, the Product Concierge helped me learn my new car. It was as if this job was created for him. He was perfect. He is calm, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He does his job in a way that I did not feel anxious or bad that I took up so much of his time. My whole car buying experience was wonderful. I was very impressed. I have never had this experience elsewhere when I had previously purchased Mercedes. Good job Ray Cantena!

      We have been long time customers of Ray Catena in Union and only go to this location to get our Mercedes serviced. They have an awesome team of service advisers who are very pleasant and knowledgeable and do their best to get your service completed as quickly as possible . I highly recommend them if you have a Mercedes, they are excellent.

      This is the best service department I have ever been too. I own a lot of cars and when ever I need my Mercedes serviced I only trust Jamie Rodgers and his service team. They are top notch, listen to my needs, and always get it done quickly.

      I could not ask for a better experience at a dealership! I was greeted by friendly staff and was assisted almost immediately by a very knowledgeable staff. I walked in with some questions about leasing a vehicle and ended up leaving with a brand new vehicle. I was treated with the upmost respect and attention and enjoyed having to only deal with one person throughout the entire process. In addition, they took the time to have someone walk me through the entire car so i was informed of what everything does. I would recommend anyone go visit Ray Catena of Union for a great experience, great knowledge and excellent pricing! Also make sure to ask for Chris Bradfield; honest, courteous and professional in his service. He went out of his way to get me the best deal possible!

After talking about the model of the Smart Car that I was interested in leasing, I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle.       Lousy service ! My appointment for an oil change was for 11am. Dropped my car at 10:45am. No service rep came to talk to me until past 12 and then I had to wait for more than 2 hours for my car, left the dealership at 2:30 pm. The service rep did not seem to care about my car, he never asked if I had any other concerns and/or if I wanted other services. I was never advised about any other potential problems I may have with my car. My AC is not working properly and my dashboard keep showing "Lamp Defective" which I still do not know which one it is. The panel under the steering wheel was missing a couple of screws and it was lose but they never mentioned anything about that either nor the extra complimentary services like the tire rotation for which I had to show the print out from the website to get it. Other dealerships do a multiple point inspection and give you a report at the end of the service, but this one does not seem to care much about service. They are more focused on the sales department and then they forget about you. DOS 4/15/17 Tag 3503

      I bought a used car and scheduled an appointment to get my car serviced at the Union dealership. I had a 7:45am appointment. My representative asked if I was going to wait or drop off the vehicle. I told them I would drop it off but I would be in the area. I called at 11:00am to find out the status of the vehicle because I only wanted a diagnostic test. I was told because I choose drop off the vehicle had been pushed to the back and would be ready before the end of the day. I explained to the representative that wasn’t my understanding and I needed the vehicle back soon. She never offered to place the vehicle in the shop instead she repeated that the vehicle was at the back of the line and would be ready by the end of the day. Not sure what good results are at the end of the day once the service center is closed. I expected much more from a Mercedes dealership unfortunately I was wrong.
