  I purchased my property back in 2016 and did my loan with Michael Santos at MLB this year I had the pleasure to refinance my property with Michael Santos at MLB again. After talking to different lender Mike is the person that deserves my business because all the other lender just looks at you as a number. On the other hand Michael looked at my and treated me as a person that needed assistance and information and not just another closing. All of my questions were answered in timely matter.   I was going to get a refi with another mortgage company, but they wanted to sell us a mortgage we didn’t want. I remembered Mike Santos. As a Realtor, I always saw that Mike was always personable, responsive, reliable and communicated well. He always did right by my clients and the other agent’s. Because of this, my husband and I also used him for our past refi too, many years ago. I called Mike again to team with us. We told him our wishes, he gave us the pros and cons, and he said NO PROBLEM. This 20-year mortgage veteran delivers. Our refi went exactly how we wanted. When there was a snag, he said maybe we shouldn’t refi now. That’s why I’ll use Mike for Mortgages again, The MLB Team was phenomenal. They have 2 beautiful locations. MLB is a direct mortgage lender, supports the community, uses technology and sends helpful videos to give you more info on where you are in the process. Our Title Rep was fantastic too.
