  Nikki Craft with Lucerne Valley Properties is the best realtor I've ever met! She just sold my husband and I house for us! Him and I had some difficult issues , but Nikki knew just what to do to get passed them! She was always there for me to help! I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs!   We would highly recommend Realtor Nikki Craft. We live in Minnesota and wanted to sell 2.5 acres of vacant land in California. We reached out to Nikki in October 2020 and the sale closed in January 2021. Nikki was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She answered all of our many questions, discussed how and where this property will be listed and our costs. She was always available for questions and responded quickly. All of the paperwork was easily done on-lin. Again, we highly recommend Nikki.

  Nikki was incredible. She knows her stuff, she is responsive and she really helped make the selling experience a far more pleasant one than it could have been. She was extremely familiar with the market and procedures. She was in constant communication, she worked very quickly to help us sell the property and I could not have asked for a better partner in this. My father and I have been considering selling the place for years, but if we had known about Nikki I am sure that we would have come to the conclusion to sell a lot easier.   Nikki Craft recently represented me in the sale of two lots in the Lucerne Valley area. I don't live in the area so all of our interactions were by telephone and email. Unlike other realtors, who in the past ignored me, Nikki stayed in touch and updated me on a regular basis. I really appreciate how well she communicated and took care of details.
