  This review is a reflection of my experience in working with Holly at Summit Real Estate specific to the way she manages the critical details of real estate transaction. Holly understands that we work with matters of the heart so she serves her client with all heart. In a demanding industry she always takes the time slow down and give the client the attention they deserve. I have served on the lending side several times and I can not emphasis how important it is for clients to be treated like people not transactions.

  Horrible experience with this rental company working under airbnb. This is how we found our rental at 8pm when we checked in. Holly , the owner , is a very unprofessional, bully and aggressive person if you start complaining about the so called management company she is trying to run . The temp in the rental was not not going to be above 54F. She will made up stories , funny to read, but the real story is that she shouldn't be in this business and the only thing she should be allowed to rent is bicycles in the summer- maybe.

  Negligence and Hostile host If you are a home owner looking for a management company, I urge you to read some reviews here and on Airbnb. This company is understaffed and could not care less about the guests' comfort. When we arrived our 3 car drive way could only accommodate 1.5 vehicles and we had to shovel snow in the dark for 2 hours. The house would not heat up and although Holly did not know how to read the thermometer she was arguing with us that everything worked fine. The kitchen sink was leaking. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Holly complained that asking for toilet paper was too much. She also felt the need to inform me that she personally helped last minute clean the place and we should be thankful for that (mind you that is an Airbnb standard and we pay a cleaning fee). The hot tub was nasty and some of the sheets were stained. I did not even bring up those things with her because of her hostility and "what should I do about it?" attitude. If you want your rental to have a 5star rating, chose another property management company!

  Hostile guest put in her place by Airbnb. Don’t come back. My job is to protect our home owners. Not play games with self entitled people from LA. :-).

  No one knows who you are which means this is likely a competitor Or a short term renter that was fined for poor behavior. My employees (mostly hard working females, thanks for pointing that out ) position of trying to keep peace in our town with rowdy visitors is very difficult. We take our job very seriously protecting the rules and laws of our local government regarding short term rentals. If that makes us/them pushy well I’ll take it.   The home we run it was absolutely filthy and There were major plumbing issues which failed to be fixed. I’ve tried contacting the realtor and the representative name Holly and my calls are not being returned oh and VM is always full so you can’t leave a message. I would not recommend this rental company to even my worst enemy.

  Tish your home wasn’t filthy. You were looking for discounts and kickbacks. We have an inspector check our housekeepers work and we all jumped to your demands. You also did not have a plumbing issue. You failed to read the manual as to where to locate the garbage disposal. We don’t “refuse” to fix anything. We have a full time maintenance staff. You were also given a specific number to call for your needs as to which we promptly responded. NOT MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. PS the garbage disposal switch is a small silver button on top of the counter. 🙈. I am Sorry this was your experience. However our job is you protect our owners money and making false claims for money back over a home cleared and checked as well as a plumbing claim over a garbage disposal isn’t going to fly.

  I was a guest at Lookout and I had an absolutely amazing stay. Couldn’t have been better. I will be using this company every time I come up to Big Bear! Summits team was awesome, super professional, quick to respond, and just a great group of people! I highly recommend!

  We were 2 families with two infants. Our place upon arrival was filthy and neglected. Upon arrival I vacuumed the place and cleaned, including the fireplace. Our property had missing lightbulbs in multiple lamps, dead bulbs and a dishwasher that was not working, because it was too old to be repaired. I immediately notified the management staff about this, and they said they would return the cleaning fee for this inconvenience. Once we checked out, my messages went ignored and I never received my refund even after escalating the issue with AirBnB. The check-in concierge Sarah told me about that she'd refund the cleaning fee, and she also said so in writing, but when AirBnb contacted the management regarding this, they denied this claim. Everything I mentioned in this review comes with photos as evidence.
