  5 stars all the way. Megan and her team went above and beyond to help us with our new build. New builders tend to push you to use their lender, we have heard many horror stories (trust me, the incentive is not worth the stress) and we did not feel comfortable using them. We wanted to work with someone who was genuine with us and had our best interest at heart . Purchasing a home can be stressful, but it doesn't have to be with Megan's wealth of knowledge - she was able to guide us to the finish line with so much ease. Megan has earned our trust and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else but her and her awesome team. We’re excited to have someone to work with indefinitely. I highly recommend her, you won't regret it.

  I used Ellis for our refinance. She is the most kind and trustworthy person I’ve ever used for finances.   Rick and his team presented us with a number of options with the pros and cons of each choice so we could make an educated decision to attain the goals we were working toward.   Excellent place to do a mortgage especially with Suzanne from sacramento, too bad we only can do so much mortgage refinancing. She did it so well and I didn't even have to send a lot of paperwork, I have heard horror stories but get Suzanne from precision home loans and your experience will change.
