  Rock Solid even through extenuating circumstances. Nicole is an all-star. Even though many of my other home-buying team members had major events (my real estate agent had a child, and there were other such events, all of which were justifiable in their significance) occur and there were some switches in personnel occurring as a result, Nicole was always there to answer my many questions and help me through the process. She gave me conservative planning numbers and, as expected, the final closing costs came in at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend her if you would like a local team to buy a home in the CSRA, and I think she does very good work. She is polite, efficient, and no-nonsense. I asked a lot of my mortgage lender and she came through. Hats off to you, Nicole!
