  Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and Nick made it really easy from explaining the market, going through the mortgage process, and closing the deal in less than a month! Nick was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs. Nick is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is genuinely loyal, and working for you.

  Nick is super professional, very responsive, attentive. The Bay Area’s house market is crazy and vibrant, Nick could find out best solutions for our deal very quickly, as the result we have our first house! It was a great pleasure to work with him.   Nick helped us so that we were able to make a good offer that got accepted on the home we were buying. He worked quickly to close on time and to keep us and the sellers happy. We didn't have any unexpected issues because Nick was always looking ahead to the next steps to that we need to complete. I don't think any other lender would be able to get a loan completed faster. The interest rate we got was competitive with other lenders.

  I would highly recommend Nick. It was a pleasure to work with him. He is a real professional in the field of mortgage loans. We have tried to work with a couple of other big named companies, but we didn't have any success with them. So when we came to Nick, we were grasping at straws, because we had pretty much exhausted all other sources. But to a pleasant surprise he showed a high level of knowledge and expertise in his field.
