  Billy is worth his weight in Gold! We had gone through 3 lenders and they all wanted us to sell our previous house. We did not want to. Billy told us he could make it work with conditions, they wouldn't be as steep. Walked us through the details and the requirements and made it happen. His team of Madeline Berry, and Rose Sherzai was excellent. Like I told him, he has my business and referrals for as long as he wants it. Great man and team!

  Billy is extremely informative & supportive throughout the buying/refinancing process. Billy was our lender when we bought our home and when we decided to refinance and I’m glad we trusted in with each occasion. Always a pleasure to work with him!

  Working with Billy and his team made the process of buying a home very simple and straight forward. Him and his team were easy to get in contact with either via phone, text or email. The online platform for applying for a loan made it easy to upload all the documents needed at different times. Billy was also very patient with us, as we had many questions as first time home buyers and needed things repeated a few times to understand clearly. We loved working with him and his team and thank them very much for a great experience.

  Billy Babcock with Cross Country Mortgage was incredibly helpful. He made refinancing smoother than I ever expected. The last two refinance experiences I had with other companies did not go smoothly. This was an incredibly pleasant surprise. He was super responsive. He answered every single question. He went through the documents line by line. His support staff were also equally responsive and very friendly. I have already recommended him to a family member. Until working with him the thought of refinancing just stressed me out. Now, I realize it doesn't have to be that way. It can just simply be a great opportunity to lower your interest rate, lower your payments and live a better life.

  Where to start- Billy is the best! To say our situation was complex is an understatement, but Billy worked with us to figure out how we could make our dream home a reality (in a matter of days). I lost count of how many times he ran numbers and scenarios with us or patiently explained something for the 100th time. I’m sure Billy has several clients at any given time, but you wouldn’t know it. He is responsive, attentive, available and committed. This was our second home purchase and our experience was night and day. We did not work with Billy for our first home purchase and, despite it being a pretty average loan, the underwriting process was so painfully tedious! Our second experience was much more complex given what we were trying to achieve, but Billy made sure it was organized and helped clarify information with the underwriters when our loan was in jeopardy. I should also mentioned that, in addition to being amazing at what he does, Billy is genuine and wants the best for his clients. Every time we talked to him (and it was A LOT- sorry Billy) it felt like we were chatting with a friend. We closed about a month ago, but he has reached out a couple times to see how things are and make sure we know he is still available should any questions come up. We are settling into our dream home now and so grateful to Billy and his team.

  Buying a new home is stressful transaction, especially during COVID. Pair that with low inventory and low interest rates and you can imaging how crazy it is. Billy handled my loan and it was a part of my home buying process that went perfectly. He communicated everything very well, was very responsive, and his experience/knowledge was obvious. We found our house, got a great mortgage rate, and he delivered. We closed right on schedule and Billy and his team were actually prepared to close early! Highly recommended, and he went above and beyond to help me get my home.

  Deciding to work with Billy Babcock at crosscountry Mortgage has been the best experience. As a first time home buyer, I've had lots of questions and concerns with the process of owning a home and having a mortgage. Billy and his team were so quick to answer any of my questions, and explained all the steps throughout the process with no hesitation. They were always so on it with emails, phone calls, and explaining all the paperwork. I definitely feel heard, understood, and had no doubts due to his work ethic, honesty, and transparency.   I Highly recommend Billy at CrossCountry Mortgage, WOW what an Experience!! The last time I refinance with Loancare I got a good rate but the transaction took 3 month! The officer had no life, anything needed I provided right away, I call for an update she would be yelling and stressed out I DO NOT NEED THIS. I felt like I am getting cancer from this whole process. This year I needed some cash to payoff Credit Cards and make some home improvement I found CrossCountry through a friend I hesitated at first to refinance. It took CrossCountry just one month for the completion. I provided the information and that was it. It was easy as 1-2-3 Billy, Kristi and staff were amazing any questions I had it was answered promptly they are very knowledgeable!. I am very Pleased to say I got the best refi in my life.
