  Andraya was incredible. She helped us purchase our first home, and it's difficult to see how we could have made successful offers without her. She not only helped us secure our loan, but helped us strategize carefully on each offer we made, helped ensure that we were making smart financial decisions, and was incredibly responsive.   My husband and I were looking to move to Oakland for work purposes and to return to the urban environment that we have been missing for many years. Our outstanding real estate agent (Perry Gastis) found us the perfect place but we had concerns about the financing side. With her professionalism and guidance we were supported at every step and knew we had a great team behind us. There is no doubt Andraya and her team had our best interests at heart.   We had a very good experience with Andraya and Alysia at C2 Financial. This was the third home purchase my wife and I had gone through and the first time using a mortgage broker. Andraya and Alysia were excellent with communication, promptness and were very thorough. We were able to close within 3 weeks of making an offer, with no noteworthy hiccups along the way. Andraya also takes a lot of time to discuss options and answer questions, as well as provide her own education on mortgage products so we felt educated and confident going into the home search and at the closing table. In the end we got a loan with a very good interest rate AND lower closing costs than we had been anticipating. Overall - for a home buying experience - this was low stress and easy.

  Andraya and her assistant Alysia are seriously THE BEST! Buying a home is such a gratifying yet scary experience; however having the right team behind you is so important.   Andraya is great! She will work very hard on your behalf to get what you need, not just what you want. She always has your best interest in mind, and you just have to be willing to humble your expectations of what you want when you can't afford it. She makes sure that when you go into a purchase you aren't going to lose what you just acquired, due to payments you couldn't make in the long run. It's helpful that she educates clients through the process of purchasing a home.
