  I would highly recommend anyone trying to purchase a house to work with Nick Belsky at Edge Home Finance. Nick never gave up on us and helped us when we needed to get things done. We ran into a couple of problems, however, Nick stayed with us and helped us in advising us on what we needed to do. Edge Home Finance is a great company and is very professional and is willing to work with you in the timeframe you need them to. Again, I would recommend them to anyone needing a mortgage loan.

  Most brokers only know or can do the standard loan types. Nick not only knows the basic loans, but understands Investment Loans as well. He was able to help me get a great rate on an investment property without all the document hassles of a conventional loan. We had a wonderful experience with Nick and he communicated with us weekly so we always knew the status of our loan. I appreciated that most. I would definitely use Nick for our next deal!

  You won't go wrong with Nick . He has basically held my hand through the WAY stressful experience it is to buy a home ! He was a great shoulder to lean on, friend, teacher, helpful, informative, most caring individual. The process was the craziest thing I've been through but I can't see doing it through anyone other than Nick ! He was exactly what I needed at ANY time of day ! Through vacays and all! Cheers 🍻
