Cuppycake Racing1Rude and disrespectful staff! Not just one staff member and not just one day, but two times in two days, two different staff members were unbelievably rude. Their behavior was not only completely uncalled for, but was totally out of line. I've been with Wells Fargo for almost 40 years back when they were still First Interstate Bank, and I have never been treated so poorly in my life! Seriously considering closing my account and moving my money to another bank. I am one of the most kindest and respectful people you will ever come across and for Wells Fargo's staff to treat me as disrespectful as both of these tellers did, is absolutely appalling!

alisha vega5i’ve been banking with wells fargo for 8 years and they’ve never steered me wrong. always helpful, always polite, always great. i recently had my change jar break due to a rambunctious puppy, which was great since i over spent a little too much since going on a vacation recently. they quickly deposited my change and i was in my way!

Robert zhang1I opened a new account with $10K my personal check from my Chase bank. After a few days and I received a letter from Wells Fargo stated the account has been classed and due to unpaid check from my Chase account. I went to Chase bank to check and Chase bank paid check at second day and check was cleared . And I went to Wells Fargo branch again they told me have to get a letter from Chase bank saying they have to paid . It is very unacceptable method to handle the business.a week later and I am here to close my account and they won’t let me to . Wells Fargo bank had cheated and stolen clients information opened millions credit card account t at a few years ago and people just forgot how this bank is . It is untrusted bank

Sal Alhuj2After scheduling an appointment aday ahead, I showed up on time they made me wait for one hour longer, employees walked out on me to go get lunch and helped me when they came back from lunch after 1 hour, so my time was not important to them. I'm giving the 2nd star for the banker who was very helpful

Erika Williams2Maurice was very professional and able to help me set up an appointment. He gave me all the information I needed to make sure everything went well. Mary F. on the other hand was not as warm and welcoming. She made us think she would NOT be able to notarize our documents due to the date on the form. I was later informed by someone outside of the bank that all she needed to do was strike through the date and notarize. She didn't have to make an easy process seem so difficult.

Ann Laferriere1As a weekly banker both commercially and privately, I feel I was treated rudely for the first time in a year since doing business at this location. I do not wish to call out anyone on FB, but if you could provide a private contact number, I would be glad to discuss the situation with you. I have always had wonderful service at your location. Most of the tellers know me through the drive through and are always very sweet. Perfect customer service. I work in the customer service field, so was taken aback at the cashier's attitude when I went in to cash a check today. I chalk it up to that person having a bad day, I guess--we all have them. I have been a private customer of your bank for over 15 yrs and a business customer for over 5 yrs. Everyone is professional and courteous every time I visit the bank. Hopefully, this was just a fluke.

Darren Montoto1What kind of bank closes at 5pm?? Drive thru also closes at 5 o'clock. You guys are supposed to be the business bank. We live in Florida it's not that serious OK you can extend your hours you could let people in your bank this is starting to be a little ridiculous. When I get off work I need to go to the bank it's pretty sad that I cannot rely on Wells Fargo anymore

Selena Glass1Awful customer service. Zero mannerism. They apparently don’t know common courtesy. “ Hi, how are you?” was never said. Instead, “what are we doing here?” when they receive the cash, ID and credit card, I proceed to tell the teller that I am paying $125 on the CC and will take the $75 back (from the $200 I sent), quickly leaves so I page in, a woman says “what do you need?”, I explain I need the $75 back in 3 20’s, 1$10, and 1 $5. She says she’ll tell the teller. He comes back to the speaker and says, “so you gave me $200, we using that for the credit card.” I explained again and then told him how I would like the change broken up. Wells Fargo is no better than Bank of America. Both awful customer service.

S Stewart1My husband got a birthday check from his father, who banks with Wells Fargo. He went to the bank to cash the check and was treated like a criminal by their incompetent staff. He had to provide two forms of identification then was accosted by two 'managers' who then had the nerve to try to get him to set up a checking account. Absolutely unbelievable, I am LIVID at this treatment. I wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemy and would give them zero stars if that was an option.

Konstantine S.1Inexcusably bad service here. The bank teller named Penny needs to be fired or find a different job. She was extremely rude when she had to take a stack of 100$ bills and run it through a counting machine and refused to take the full stack of money. She huffed and puffed and complained out loud through the whole visit. When we were done with her we could hear her complaining about other customers that day out loud with a coworker behind the teller counter. UNACCEPTABLE! DO YOUR JOB! This was my first experience with Wells Fargo and I will NEVER do business with this bank chain again.
