  Katherine Walker is the most amazing person. She helped me with transferring my auto loan to Suncoast. She took an abundance of time to explain everything to me. It is rare to find people in Industry today that treat you like a person. These days you are a number. Katherine was so patient and kind. She treated me like she would a family member. She advocated for my needs. Katherine is a professional and a genuine caring person. Suncoast is extremely fortunate to have her. Thank you providing me with such a wonderful experience!

  At first I was regretting coming in today because I work nights and I really shouldnl be asleep right now. But I thank God that I did. Katherine is definitely a great member advocate. She offered some sound advice and helped me clear up my issue very quickly. I came into this bank worried and angry and honestly she approached the issue in the best way. I am truly grateful for her help. If you ever come to this location wait in line for her to help you!
