  Terrifying, disorganized, chaotic, unprofessional i cannot thing of enough bad things to say about my experience with Nova loans with my recent house purchase. It all started off pleasant until the process was underway then radio silence. Constant assurances that things were OK then a bombshell days before closing that the application was denied because assumptions had been made. Left scrambling to get last minute information when we had given notice on a rental and were moving out of. Hours the day of closing at the title company waiting for funds to be transferred, no information, no help not so much as a phone call to keep us informed. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. Do not put yourself and your family through the HELL of using this company.

  Dinice Cereceres & José Cereceres and an amazing team 👏 they where there from the start took us thrue the whole proceess they answered every single time we called and answered the same question as many time as we asked until we fully understood. they took there time with us they where in no rush like other people i have gone through and failed on buying a home because they had no time or they rushed to make the sale. this team is the best took care of us amazingly ❤ 💙 it was real easy with them loved the whole we are here until the key 🔑 is in your hand.
