  Everyone there is very courteous. And very helpful. Even when I’m a few days late on my payment their very understanding and ask if there’s anything they can do to help me. I’ve only been dealing with them for a short period of time but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. When I’m ready to trade my truck in in a couple years for a newer one I want to do business with Nichols financial again.

  Firstly, it takes a lot to get a review out of me, but Nicholas Financial is definitely worth one. The place has been great so far; had one issue when I first got the loan, which had to do something with my bank, but I didn't even have to make a phone call they fixed it and called me back. Secondly, this review is more for their employee, Kimberly. I have spoken with this woman multiple times and every time I do I am garuanteed a laugh or two. She is so sweet and kind and she makes it so personable that I almost forget I am giving them money! She actually takes the time to get to know you a little bit instead of "Hello, your payment is due!". She's funny, sweet, and so nice and I know that the call will leave me with a smile on my face 😁. If only all places that take my money had a "Kimberly" around!!! 👌👌👌💯💯

  Great financial company to deal with. Michelle the manager is the bomb. She takes her job serious and works hard to make it happen. I would highly recommend checking with Michelle at Nicholas Financial in Florence, Ky if you need an auto loan.
