      Just went in for an urgent notary required for passport renewal and I was told that the person is heading out for a meeting. When I asked when will he be available today or tomorrow I was told you could go to a nearby ups store. I have been using chase for many years now and have always gone there to notarize as a proud customer and today this happened. I went again 15 mins later and the person was still there and I was given an appointment for a later day. So much to sign on a couple of pages. This incident happen at 1.30pm on 2/15/2022

      Poor service, after waiting for good while, I was called to the window for document noteriy, then the bank manager(cathy) incorrectly stated policy, resulting in no notaries getting completed and it was important they get done. The buyer Does NOT need to be present when noterizing a title.

      Great friendly staff and service but getting in and out of the parking lot is very, very difficult since the US42 and Weaver road intersection was changed.

      Very bad experience!! The Bankers and workers there are not friendly at all!!! very very rude and not professional!! They are very mean!!! They need to take care costumers not to show disrespect and rude attitude!!!
