  Very rude customer service representative called me telling me my payment was late even though it is within the 10 days from the due date as stated in the original contract. She claimed I "could" be charged interest if not paid on the exact due date and there is no grace period. All false and completely opposite of the contract I still have from 4 years ago. Not a very customer friendly place. Every encounter I have had with these people has been negative even when inquiring on another potential loan I'll be glad when I never have to deal with these people again.

  Everything from the first conversation was either misleading or completely wrong! Title work was wrong. Paperwork was wrong. Was supposed to be an in and out deal to pick up a check after selling someone a car. Took 2 trips and over an hour of waiting. Not sure if anyone knows what's going on in the office

  Without customers there is no work for any of you. You can't expect people to keep doing business with you with the way you treat them. I don't know what has happened, but over the years Nicholas financial has gone down hill badly. I'm on my second loan with them, but I'll never get one again after the experiences I've had. It didn't used to be like that in the beginning. Looks like management needs to host some etiquette classes or their business is gonna continue to decline.

  I called the location to see what kind of loans company did and Emanni answered she was nice and very helpful. She is very Professional and knows what she is talking about !
