      We used this bank for a lot loan, and would not recommend them to anyone. Outside of all the other issues we had with this process, trying to get a response from this bank is like pulling teeth. Days before our closing, we couldn’t get ahold of anyone to get our final figures. Turns out that “someone” changed our closing date in their system, and no one could tell us how that happened or why nothing was communicated to us. We finally got a the final figures 2 hours AFTER we were supposed to have closed, so our closing got bumped. But now that we have closed, we can’t get an answer on the app fee refund we were promised. We will not be doing any more business with this bank.

      They never send my mortgage statement on time. It always is sent two weeks after it is due. I pay on time but it would be nice to get my billing state before it’s already due.

      Terrible customer service. We started an application for refinance, our credit was run and we never heard from them again. We sent multiple follow ups and we didn't get a response. We had to call multiple times to get the credit inquiry removed, spoke to a supervisor and no action was taken. Stay away from this shady bank!

      We used FFL to do a construction loan. Pete Loeb, Denise and Laura are who we dealt with and they are amazing. They answered all the questions we had and were incredibly patient and helpful through the entire process. Would highly recommend them!
