  Rich was so awesome through this process! I highly recommend Equitable. They give you friendly, wonderful customer service. The whole process from start to finish took 20 days. I did not leave my house. Everything was done over the internet and on phone which I loved. He did give me option to come in but this way worked for me. Don't hesitate to use this company. They will treat you right! Thank you for helping me get my first house! I am so happy!!

  Bruce is truly the best. We virtually met Bruce couple of years back while living out of State. He truly is just a text, phone call or an email away for all of questions. In the meantime, we did reach out (per some personal recommendations) to maybe 5-6 Mortgage Brokers and each one of them was happy when you call them but if you credit score is not where it should be or your income, they give up on you. We even got in contract for a different house (with someone else) and at the end, it did not work for us. Bruce Calabrese was there for us from the day one. Bruce works so hard to help you, and has a top knowledge in regards to the mortgage process. He listens to his clients very carefully with all of concerns you might have. I never felt rushed or confused while talking to him. We highly will recommend Bruce to anyone locally or even out of state individuals who are moving to Ohio area. We just cannot say enough positive words about him.

  Potentially, the 1st and last place you should call/visit when you need financing. From my very 1st interaction (a phone call) with Brian Welling to the signing/closing on the house. Brian had been informative, comforting and supportive throughout the whole process. At no point, did I feel like "just another number" with Brian. His professionalism is OUTSTANDING! Brian's assuredly easy-going personality is wonderful. He consistently performed email follow-ups which is refreshing to know that you're on his mind. I would recommend Brian to friends!

  Great job! Bruce and Lisa went out of their way to make the process as smooth as possible and always kept me in the loop.   We worked with David Sherman on our re finance and he was awesome! He did a great job explaining things and making it easy for us to understand. This was an extremely busy time so it took a little longer to get our loan but it was SO worth it!

  This was my second time working with James Martin at Equitable Mortgage. He was recommended to me by a colleague and friend and both interactions and decisions to go with equitable mortgage have made for a very easy experience. James is very responsive and accessible.

  I had a very poor experience with Equitable Mortgage. I initially reached out and emailed a few people to get assistance and was quickly denied and told that they are too busy to take on any more work. I eventually worked with Sean but it was a HUGE challenge trying to get anything accomplished. He would NEVER get back with me. I had to constantly reach out to him to get things moving or get answers. Didn't get very far in the process before I finally moved on from this company and went with another one who actually got things moving along. Not sure what these people are doing while they are working from home, but Sean didn't seem to know what he was doing and seemed very disorganized. Definitely glad that I DIDN'T get my mortgage through this place.
