  My customer went through this finance company to buy a car from me over FOUR months ago. Nicholas Financial sold them a $1200 warranty for their vehicle. The warranty company is saying that none of their mechanical issues are covered not even the parts or partial labor cost. Now Nicholas Financial and the customer expect the dealer to do an inventory swap and I take a loss of several thousand dollars. This is the definition of bad business. As a car dealer I provide full disclosure on my vehicles including Carfax reports and giving the customer the opportunity to take the vehicle to their own mechanic before purchase. Nicholas Financial tried to bully me or strong arm me into doing something that is not only unethical but completely out of the guidelines of what they should do for their customers and dealers! I now have this upset customer and their family posting one star reviews for my company based off of the decisions of Nicholas financial. I will never do business with them again! Please be careful when selecting your lenders. Specifically this location. They will not stand by you or their borrowers.

  I have had a car loan with them for over a year now. The only negative thing that I could say about them is the interest amount. It is pretty high. Other than that I LOVE them. They have great customer service, and friendly staff. I have never had any type of issues with them of any kind at all!!!! If I had a lower interest rate I would rate them 5 stars. If you do not have the best credit and need a car loan go to them. They also offer personal loans, I have not used this service before so I can not speak to that. But If I ever needed one I would definitely go through them. They have always been very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Thanks again for the car loan, and after I pay my current loan off I would love to get another vehicle in fact a truck, and I hope that I can get that loan with you!!!!

  Although they are one of the "sub prime" lenders, Nicholas Financial has been absolutely amazing to work with. They took me on when I was just starting to rebuild my credit several years ago. Inwas able to pay off my car loan and they worked with me every step of the way. The staff are all super nice, understanding, patient, and willing to explain different scenarios to you. Their interest rates are higher, only because they specialize in the higher risk folks. But if you wrr starting out with a lower credit score, talk to them and see what they can do. THANK YOU for helping me get back on my feet again. I would use you for every loan if that were possible.

  Melanie has been great to work with. I was a return customer. After paying off a previous car with Nicholas Financial, I wanted a truck, and my credit score is below average. Melanie made no hesitation in getting me approved for the vehicle that I wanted very quickly at a decent rate. Great Local Financial Lender. Look forward to continuing business here.

  Even though I'm not yet doing business with them, they were incredibly helpful. I've been horribly disappointed by the treatment and character of a couple of local car dealers in the past week. But I was fortunate to have help from Nicolas. They were clearly the ones that were honest and up front. And I am very greatful. Can't wait to find another truck, now that I know I have someone I can trust in my corner. Thank you
