  Rich was amazing and really helped us out -He walked us through every step of the way. Found us the BEST deal. We didn’t have the best of credit when We first found him but with his guidance and knowledge-and our hard work and dedication to the program he was able to get us exactly where we needed to be. Our goal when starting the process was 1 year from start to finish but we were able to get where we needed to be and close within 6 months!
