  The experience as an Escrow Officer working with this team was exceptional. They were responsive, kept me in the loop and provided the documents in advance to allow for a double mail out (one to buyer and one to seller).

  We dealt with Mark and his company this Summer. He was recommended by the sellers real estate agent. Mark was extremely helpful (as was his staff) during the entire application. Even when we had to change the type of home loan midway through the process. He only went back to work for us and found a remarkable loan rate.   Finance and loans have always been a terrifying subject for me. When it came time to refinance my house, I didn’t know where to begin. After talking with a few of the “big name” companies and being severely pressured and even threatened into something I knew wasn’t right, I was lucky enough to receive a recommendation for Mark and Next Step Home Loans. I can’t sing their praises enough! The entire process has been seamless, quick, stress free and educational. Mark has an ability to explain things simply and calmly, without putting you under pressure or making you feel inadequate. Each step of the way, he would send short informational videos to describe the process. Not only did he and his team secure a fantastic loan for me but they relieved all my fears and put me on the right track. I swore I would never buy another house again because of the stress from my original purchase but those fears are gone! I only wish I had known about them for my first mortgage! I honestly can not recommend them enough.
