  Of the 3 times we have bought a home, Nation's Lending has by far been the easiest to work with. Specifically Todd Kolek. From day one, he let us exactly what was expected from us.   Todd was amazing. Our first ever conversation felt like I was speaking to an old high school friend. Super personable and friendly. I will only be doing real estate business with him In the future.   If you are needing a place to go, this is the one!!! Ask for Todd Kolek. My husband and I are first time homeowners, but this is not the first time we have been through the loan process. Our first time trying to get a home, the loan was pulled out last minute because there was a lack of communication and a lack of attention to detail. From the first communication with Todd, I knew this experience would be different. He explained everything and was quick to respond to emails. Overall, he made us feel comfortable and worked on this loan as if it were his own. Definitely will continue to recommend and use him for any future purchases.

  Todd is the best. This is the second time we used him as our lender because we had such a wonderful experience the first time.   The team at Nations Lending is phenomenal but, Chasity is the absolute best ever! She guided me through the whole process and helped every single time I needed reassurance or even just to vent. She really took the time to understand who we are as a family, she even became family.
