  My wife an I were able to refinance our home in as little as 3 weeks. The team guided us thoroughly through the refinance process and they were also able to help us get rid of the private mortgage insurance fee that we had to pay on a monthly basis prior to working with them. In addition to this, they also helped us lock a much lower interest rate on our new loan at closing, which will save us a lot of money down the road in the along term!. I highly recommend their lending company to anyone who is interested in purchasing a house or refinance! Nobody can honestly beat their customer service!

  Akshay and his whole team are absolutely incredible. From the first conversation to the last one, I felt like I could trust Akshay and his team to help our dream come true of owning our first home.   Ever bought a house in the Bay Area, during a pandemic, in one of the craziest markets in a decade? Not easy! 😳 In fact, my wife and I were all set to close and had to switch lenders at the drop of a hat, and Akshay and his team were there to bring us in for a landing.   Akshay took great care of me in my first home buying experience. I had a ton of questions and worries and he took the time to explain everything to me and calm my fears. I could reach him at all times of the day (and night!). He was more knowledgeable than other brokers I worked with. The one negative was that we ran into a few issues right at closing that were out of his control. We closed late and I had to resign all the closing documents. I still recommend Akshay as he has still been very helpful after closing and connected me with a great insurance broker.

  We finally did it. I say we not because of Kevin and I’s journey on buying a house but find THE home together with the people that had made the experience better than any other. I say this for a fact that there were many doubts in our mind financially if we could culminate enough for the standards we wanted to achieve in buying a home. It was made possible by EZ lending (the people who work behind the company’s name namely Shyam, Andrew and AK). From the beginning, they were very quick. Preapproval took no more than 2-3 days. We were promptly notified for every thing we needed to submit. They were accommodating of our schedules and even go as far as setting up a call to explain the process. Even after months had past (as we purchased a new build), they did not forget to check in on us. They continued to ask us if there were any changes and how the process would continue. Up until the end of escrow they took the time to figure out the best way we can have the best outcome upon closing. If there is anything else I can write in the world, it’d be to honestly give them the sincerest thank you and would 1000000% recommend them to anyone.

  Akshay and his team were so helpful refinancing my girlfriend and I’s house! It was such an easy, smooth experience! We were able to get a WAY lower rate than expected.   I've been in a couple escrows before and they fell out; where other lenders fail, Akshay, Shyam and their team excel. Not only explaining things in detail and answering phone calls at a moments notice, but even helping me through moments of financial anxiety. They are experts at what they do and were constantly keeping me and the loan ahead of schedule. You can absolutely tell that Akshay genuinely cares about his buyers, and was constantly looking out for my best interests. He wasn't afraid to tell me no when I needed to hear it and encouraging me when I was being hesistant. You cannot find nor PAY for this type of quality care from other lenders. If you're on the fence of buying, talk to these guys - they'll shoot straight and then guide you through to it. This is my lending team for life.

  I’ve bought 8 homes over the years in the UK and California so have worked with a number of lenders. EZ Fundings have been the best by far. They have an incredible team. Akshay and Shyam were brilliant. Akshay had us pre-approved very quickly, a very smooth well organized process. He took the time to carefully explain all of our loan options very clearly. Shyam then managed the loan approval. He guided us through the process answering questions clearly and proactively addressing potential problems before they arose. Shyam is an amazing communicator responding to emails, texts and phone calls immediately. Overall a fantastic experience, I definitely recommend them.
