  I worked with James Rotta. I got his name through a friend. Initially, i was hesitant to work with remote mortgage broker but when i talked to him, i felt pretty confident he is going to provide the best service and he did. The refinance process is not easy but he made is so simple. He was always available to answer any question. Very trustworthy, smart, honest and keeps his word. Highly recommended.

  I must give this review on Hal Weinshank as he has turned himself into the only option for me when conducting a mortgage transaction. Personable, Professional, and FAST are a few words that come to mind. I have completed multiple transactions with Hal, being a mortgage professional myself I know how difficult purchasing a home or doing a refinance can be. He has earned my respect and I enjoy working with him.

  I could not say enough good things about Stephanie at HomePlus Mortgage. From the very beginning, she was quick to respond, patient with answering questions, and didn't harass us with 10 million calls a day. We got quotes from several different lenders, but I'm so happy we went with her and not just for the low rate. This was our first home and she helped us close in a month!! She is super fast to get everything done and even pushed the escrow company to move things along that normally would probably take longer to do. We are so grateful that we found Stephanie and truly can not thank her enough!!

  This is the 3rd time I've worked with Chris at HomePlus over 10 years. There's a reason I have him on speed dial (is that a thing anymore?) for any purchase or re-fi: He makes it happen. I can depend on him to do everything that's needed and more to get good financing, be totally professional and knowledgeable, and make the process as smooth as possible. Chris works at all times of day or night (weekends too) to quickly respond to any question or interact with escrow, real estate agents, insurance agents, lenders, credit agencies - he's on top of it. I can't believe anyone would go to a lender where you dial into a phone tree and get a random different agent every time you call when you can get personal, full-time, top-notch assistance at HomePlus. Highly recommended.

  The service I received from Jonathan Rhode and HomePlus Mortgage was excellent. Jonathan and his team were the most responsive I have ever encountered in home mortgage finance process. Additionally, the process from start to end was quick. Jonathan was very knowledgable and responsive in regards to my questions and concerns throughout the process and I would use him again in the future, if I need home loan financing.
