  I came to Malcom as a new customer looking to improve my credit. Like most people, I was skeptical to have anyone do any repairs to my credit reports. The reason why, is that most credit & financial companies tend to promise a deliver of great results but hardly ever do so. Yet, I decided to go with Next Level Financial Solutions anyways. By far this is one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Malcom is very experienced in his expertise. His services have been the best that Ive dealt with thus far. I will be working with Next Level on all my financial solutions. Malcolm is more than just a financial advisor, he's someone who wants to see you win.   I came to Malcolm in September of 2021, looking for assistance with increasing my credit score to purchase a home. Malcom laid out the steps to get me to where I needed to be and constantly checked in on me to make sure I was staying on track. By February 2022, my score reached our goal to get a pre approval. Even though I reached the goal, Malcom still makes himself available for any questions or concerns that I may have. Super appreciative for his help! If you are looking for assistance, Malcolm is definitely one of the best!

  I initially started repairing my credit on my own. The process was frustrating and I wasnt seeing the results I wanted. I was referred to Next Level and was paired with Tenia as my consultant. It was the best decision for my credit I could have made. Tenia was very knowledgeable and honest about the entire process. The coaching sessions you get every month educated me soooo much and less than a year of working with Tenia I feel confident in my score and prepared to leave the program and suceed on my own.
