  The whole process went really well. I had applied on Thanksgiving Friday and had a response to my Loan application the following Monday morning. Information provided was complete, Matt was very easy to talk to and was very helpful with the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for competitive financing.

  First and foremost, Diane H. is simply the best and worked overtime to get us excellent financing. The deal got done on time, but… My frustration is that everyone knew the delivery date weeks in advance, had my proactive participation for any needed information and knew how my beloved and I wanted the coach titled. Despite this there was, thanks to the bank, a mad last minute scramble for new credit reports and a failure to title the coach correctly. Indeed the bank refused to title it correctly. So Diane gets highest marks, D&G overall was not very proactive and the bank gets good marks for interest rate but are misogynistic.

  Good Morning Mr. Etzold, I am sorry that your experience with D & G Dealer Services, LLC was not met with your total satisfaction. So, I wanted to find out just where the breakdown in communication occurred. There were a couple of areas that should have been conveyed to you that obviously weren’t. When you ordered your motorhome back in January it should have been explained to you that it was going to take several months to get it in, and when it does get here the bank will have to pull another credit report to make sure nothing has changed in the 8 months since you submitted your credit application. And since this was an out of state deal for IWS we have an outside titling service to verify the taxes and fees in your area. Unfortunately, it took the state of Washington 3 weeks to get back with them regarding the taxes and fees due to COVID. Once that was done, we were able to give the lender the correct deal structure for final approval. As for the titling issue, I would need to know who and when you said you wanted it in a living trust. Nowhere on any of the paperwork do I see mentioned that a living trust was even coming into play. Again, after talking to Diane, we didn’t know until the day of delivery about the living trust. And once she knew how you wanted it titled, she got on the phone with the lender to see if they would allow us to do that. Unfortunately, it was the banks decision not to allow it to be titled in a living trust. Again, my sincerest apologies.   As customer utilizing the RV Dealer’s recommended loan company could not have come any more as a blessing as it was to utilize D&G.
