  Jason is amazing at what he does and can definitely recommend him to anyone! He helped me out so much when I was buying my first house compared to our realtor. Jason was very responsive and very knowledgeable on rates and what was the best way to save me money on my loan. Then when I was ready to refinance my house he was able to save me more money on my mortgage payment and bring it below what an apartment cost to rent. Very satisfied and grateful for his help, definitely will always keep coming back to him for his services and will always recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again Jason!

  My Loan rep from Nexgen Home Finance was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was always there when I had a question and was there to stir me in the right direction about the many documents needed for my current Refinance. He was very professional but also very personable in all our many communications. I have know Jason Kiffe for quite some time and realize he works hard at being one of the best in his field. I would recommend him to anybody looking for assistance in this area.

  I have purchased multiple homes and refinanced many times and my experience with Nexgen Home Finance was by far superior to anyone else I worked with. Jason is honest, trustworthy, kind, responsive and transparent in an industry with a lot of shady characters. He spent as much time as we needed answering questions and discussing options and never made us feel rushed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. My only concern is he will become so popular that he won't have any time to help me in the future!
