  Jason and the Williamson Lending Team are professionals who take pride in their work. Jason and his team make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process of refinancing. It's a decision many homeowners are making and Jason made it easy. Whenever I had a question, he or a team member was readily available to respond and explain each step and were responsive and available either by phone or email. I've worked with him in the past and I highly recommend Williamson Lending Team. My refi period was complete in less than a month! I am extremely pleased and trust Jason and his team with my financial decision regarding my home mortgage and getting a great interest rate to lower my payment. Jason even got me lower than my current lender and my credit union...Amazing TEAM!

  Jason Williamson has been our mortgage broker for about 4 years. We were young and newly freelance when we bought our first house and not ideal mortgage candidates but Jason and his team are smart and know how to approach mortgages in a clever not always thought of manners. Since then we have refinanced with him a couple of times which has saved us thousands and we are now locked into an amazingly low rate because of him. He and team make the process painless. I would highly recommend them!

  Jason Williamson is the quickest, most professional, and most knowledgeable loan officer I have ever worked with. I so far have 7 properties and he has done an amazing job on every single one of them. He got me the best interest rates and he got all my escrows closed in a timely manner, if not much sooner. He has strong organizational skills, as well as, a good aptitude for spatial and financial planning. Jason is stuck with me for the rest of my life when it comes to financing and refinancing my properties. I highly recommend him to anyone (investors or first time home buyers).

  I had a great and painless experience with Jason Williamson and his team. I say painless, because that has not always been my experience when purchasing or doing a refi on my home. I am self-employed which always seems to throw a wrench into things and with COVID lenders were even worse. Jason and his team were on top of every additional thing the lenders required and kept me very well informed. I walked away with the loan Jason had said I would at the beginning of the process. So happy!! I highly recommend Jason and the Williamson Lending Team and have in fact referred them to family members and friends.

  Great Refi Experience! I just did a 15 year refinance with Jason Williamson. This is the second time I have done a refi with Jason and I would highly recommend working with him. I decided that I wanted to refi my home loan from a 30 year to a 15 year while taking advantage of the great rates out there right now. Jason found me the best rates/terms and made the process really easy. He's very knowledgeable and always available for questions etc. After doing this two times, I would never hesitate to buy or refinance a home loan with Jason.
