  Everybody got affected by the pandemic on different levels.. This branch it’s so amazing it seems like they are the most people get affected by this pandemic I never seen a bank that would close weeks and months and the excuse is the Covid.. They always tell you we don’t have a staff and they keep closing.. I understand to close couple days here and there if somebody gets sick or something like this but to be closing for weeks and couple months straight come on now..

  Reading the reviews and wondering if we all go to the same bank. Long wait times, never enough tellers, managers ignore customers. If my elderly father didn't insist on banking here, I'd avoid at all costs

  This is probably the best bank branch I've ever been in. Super friendly and helpful staff. The lines are always a short wait (if any) and when the line gets long they put more tellers up instantly. Thanks!

  I used to go to the B of A branch on Edinger near Springdale. There is a white female teller there and a young male Hispanic teller that always gave me dirty looks and refused to give me common courtesies like saying hello and thank you. They made me feel very unwelcome. I decided to try the B of A branch at 16811 Algonquin St, Huntington Beach,Ca. The manager gave me a friendly greeting and the teller was very nice. Not everyone of us wears a suit and tie. I work nights and I look kind of rough when I stagger out of bed to go to the bank. I suppose the the 2 snobs at the Edinger branch take exception to my appearance, but as long as I am polite when I deal with bank tellers, shouldn't I be treated with common courtesy? I was very satisfied with my visit to B of A at 16811 Algonquin St, Huntington Beach.

  I had the pleasure of spending 3 hours with the staff at this location. Everyone was super nice, professional and very helpful. Thank you Mariah Bruno, Seth Brewer and Mr Patel, you guys rock!

  I opened my first secured card here and the bank teller was really helpful and gave me a lot of advice. He spent the time to help me plan for the future.
